General Information
Lehigh Christian Academy desires to provide an education that possesses academic excellence, spiritual depth, moral integrity, and that trains students in the knowledge of and obedience to the Scriptures.
We are a charter member of and accredited by the Association of Christian Schools International and also accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools. We currently have an enrollment of 320 students in preschool through 8th grade. This includes a half day and full day kindergarten program. In order to maintain a small student to teacher ratio in our classrooms, we have two classrooms in each grade level.
Some of the special features of LCA include: certified teachers, a comprehensive fine arts program that includes art, band and music instruction, an extensive library as well as physical education, computer and Spanish instruction in all grade levels, National Junior Honor Society, and an interscholastic sports program. There is also a commitment to the use of technology in all classrooms.
LCA is unique among Christian schools for providing a full-time school counselor and a Learning Support program for students with special educational needs. LCA maintains a fully-equipped computer lab as well as having all classrooms equipped with computers and internet access.
Student Activities include: Spelling Bee, Speech Meet, Math competition, Music and Fine Art competitions, Christmas Concert, Spring Musical, Service Projects, Yearbook, and Eighth grade class trip.
